Responsibilities:

Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use.
Maintain proper inventory of medications and supplies.
Prepare sterile compounds and intravenous medications as needed.
Provide excellent customer service to patients and answer medication-related inquiries.
Keep accurate records of all medications dispensed and transactions.
Assist in managing pharmacy operations, including maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Stay updated on pharmaceutical regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

Diploma or certificate in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
Registered Pharmacy Technician with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology, medications, and dosage forms.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well within a healthcare team.
Familiarity with computerized pharmacy systems is a plus.
