Job Description:

As a Lab Technician at AfyaHub Medical Center, you will play a vital role in delivering accurate and timely diagnostic services to our valued patients. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting various laboratory tests, analyses, and procedures with precision and attention to detail.
Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results and safety.
Collecting, processing, and labeling samples for testing.
Recording and analyzing data, and preparing detailed reports for medical staff.
Ensuring compliance with quality control and safety standards.
Collaborating with medical professionals to assist in diagnosing and treating patients.
Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements to continuously improve your skills.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
Valid licensure as a Lab Technician in Kenya.
Proven experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
